Ji Facingit. I also live in the UK. I am a comitted vegetarian of 25 years. Whist I am not an expert on the subject, my understanding is that your energy comes from fat, NOT carbs so I dont think you should increase your carbs to get more energy. I.E. if you're not getting enough energy then increase your fat intake.
