Oatmeal
Hi Junebug,
I eat oatmeal in the mornings (few times a week) I use 1/3 cup or 1/2 cup of dry quick oats and water and cook in the microwave.
I know that throws my carb levels out of wack for Atkins, but I hav been doing well. I only have 10 or so pounds to lose. So I am looking for long term way of eating.
Oatmeal is suppose to be low GI. If I do have a carb meal it is in the mornings...rest of my day is low carb.
