To set the scene:

m0bster and a bunch of friends are sitting around in a dark corner of a casino in Vegas playing poker...My weight is the dealer. I ante up my portion in the form of 11 lost pounds. The dealer sees my 11 lost pounds and raises me 4, bringing my pot back to 7. I call. The dealer wins and I lose all of the pounds that I had lost (stay with me here), leaving me with 7 total lost pounds. Well, the dealer deals me a great hand this time and I win a lost pound back bringing my total to 8 now. Several hands go by and I am breaking even with the dealer...neither gaining nor losing. We play several hands with us each breaking even and BAM, he deals me a Royal Flush. I ante up my 4 pounds that I have left in lost pounds and he raises me 1. I call. He has four of a kind, but my Royal Flush beats anything on the table. Im DOWN TWO pounds now and just hope to break even with him until I can go down MORE.

I said all of that to say this - the FOUR pounds I gained the other day have vanished and taken two extras with it! Im at 13 pounds lost now. I am within 3 pounds of seeing the scale dip below 300 for the first time in years.
