Also in our profiles you can add an avatar of your own picture OR the little icon pictures this forum provides. To add one you would click on profile/edit options/change avatar.

Now about your success with losing.... HURRAY! 9lbs so far!!

You know average people lose 10% of the amount of weight they have to lose during induction and only 5% of the remaining weight to lose each month after that. You are on schedule and doing great + eating whenever you are hungry and finally feeling satisfied.
