I have a feeling Im losing fat and gaining muscle proportionately.. so my scale doesnt move a whole lot. Sometimes I have to remind myself of my body type.. my body likes to bulk when I feed it mass protein.. and when I forget that and look at the scale sitting in the same area all the time I immediately think "stall".. its aggravating.
I think Im going to do a good body fat analysis soon.. and track that way every couple months.
