Question Are these results ok?

Hi all, I posted these in another thread, but thought I might get a response here. I'm 52, and a post menopausal female with a strong family history of both type 1 & 2 Diabetes, although have not been diagnosed myself.
Last year's results, taken as part of a routine screening:
Fasting blood sugar result of 6.3 mmols/L,
oral GTT result of 5.7mmol/L at 0 mins and 7.2mmol/L at 120mins.
Lipids:
Total Cholesterol 5.3mmol/L
Triglycerides 0.5 mmol/L
HDL 1.9 mmol/L
TCH/HDL Ratio 2.8
LDL 3.2 mmol/L

Blood Pressure 160/105

I was given the usual standard dietary/lifestyle advice and advised to be re-tested in a year. Three months ago I restarted my LC lifestyle, and I've lost almost 2 stones in that 3 months. My body mass index is now 34, so still a heck of a way to go.

I had HbA1c and fasting lipids tests done last week. Got my results yesterday:

HbA1c - 5.8%

Total Cholesterol: 5.8 mmols/L
Triglycerides: 0.6 mmols/L
HDL Cholesterol: 1.9 mmols/L
TC/HDL ratio: 3.1
LDL Cholesterol: 3.6 mmols/L

Blood pressure 125/85

Apart from Blood pressure, I'm struggling to see whether anything else has improved or not? Do these results make sense to anyone, and am I on the right track?
