Yes, that should read "parmesan" instead of "flour".

When I copy my old recipes into my new LC cookbook I don't always remember to proofread them completely. That one slipped past me. Since the Edit link doesn't seem to work after a half day or so, I'll have to ask an administrator to edit the offending post.

It's changed in my local copy now.
