I agree w/Rustpot! I had my gallbladder removed 3 1/2 yrs. ago and I had more digestive problems eating low-fat/high-carb than I do now on Atkins. Go figure. Granted, I did have a slight adjustment period, but a lot of people, g-bladder or not, have an adjustment period when starting Atkins. Besides, my surgeon who recommended l-fat/h-carb had no clue that my doc wanted me on a modified AHA diet-- thankfully I switched docs and got one who fully supports the LC WOL and Atkins!

If it's working for you and you're happy, then keep at it!
