Just looked into your journal and noticed you've made some big changes of late; all of which might have effected your readings.

Cutting out the 'fake'/'mock' foods would definitely help in the inches lost department.

Increasing your consumption of green tea could make a huge difference - GT will increase your metabolism if you drink enough of it, and if you drink enough of it and it's of the right kind (caffinated) then you're going to be a little more dehydrated than you think you are (unless you've added about another litre of water to compensate).

You've also headed back to exercise, which could also be having an effect on your level of hydration.

I'll parrot Beth and ask you just what 'a lot' of water is for yvonne?
