I just wanted to share this:

I started losing weight over 8 months ago at 211lbs. It was easy getting rid of the first 10lbs then the struggle began and i fluctuated for months btw 198-201lbs.

I managed to get to 195lbs after 6 months and then the fluctuation continued and within the last two weeks after been advised to use FitDay.com, i have started losing again.

My weighin for the last couple of days has been 190lbs. I started back at the gym today after a month off. I only did 40mins on the treadmill and burnt 247 calories. Weighing myself after working out my weight was 188lbs. I'm trying not to get too excited yet but i'm looking forward to weighing myself tomorrow.


I'm leaving the 190s behind !!!!!!!
