i'm so frustrated because i've been mostly good throughout induction and on the scale it says i've gained 4 pounds!!!!Everyone else i know has lost 10-15 pounds.Yes i know everyone's different.But-this isn't my favorite way of eating so if it's making me GAIN, i'm planning on stopping. It's just that I thought i felt thinner and have been told by friends i look slightly smaller.
any help??
