Cooking is a skill. Some people have talent, true; but all you need is practice.

There's lots of cooking videos out there, and lots of recipes on the board here when you want to expand. Because that's the beauty of it: I cook once, and have meals for days. Imagine your own frozen meals waiting for you in the freezer.
