Hi Nader ~ one of my favorites is making something similar to beef stroganoff... cook the ground beef, drain, then add some sour cream, salt and pepper, whatever other seasonings you might like. You can poor over pork rinds if you like, or eat it plain! It is yummy.

I also use cream with alot of meats... after cooking, remove meat from pan, pour some cream (i never measure ) into the hot pan, cook and reduce until you have a rich, lucious cream gravy to put over your meat!! It tastes so good you feel like you are being bad!
