I agree with the majority. I feel it is very important to follow induction carefully....it sets up a solid framework for eating this way for life, and postions us for success with low-carbing. The 2 days during my first attempt at induction that I slacked on the carb counting was the days I messed up and ate over my carb allotment. I gained 3 pounds back and for those 2 days its taken me a week to get back on track. Im working on it, and plan on keeping track of every carb next go around.
