The official answer is no. Ketones are burned and then exhaled in your breath (keto breath!), in your sweat, in your urine, in your poop. So you are actually burning fat and getting rid of it multiple ways. Ketones are the remenents of the ash that your body prefers to use for cell repair. Any ketones not used for that purpose and energy is excreted. So not stored! I hope that makes any sense....
