You are only human and you can't be expected to feel good all the time, if you did I would think you were weird.
I have found myself in a slump occasionally and then I tell myself to "GET OVER IT!". It is very hard to fight the hormonal emotional roller coaster that we women go thru during menopause. I get on my treadmill and walk this feeling out of me for 2 miles. I really believe that exercise in some form helps a lot.
