Kisal,

Even the daikon, you boil first, then blot, then grate?. or do you just grate?
or do you just boil the regular radishes? (and then grate).
Do you have to boil the turnips to before grating?
Has anyone tried this with jicama?

What does parboil mean?

I started out using diced red radishes, but now I've switched to using daikon radish, because it's easy to grate ... just like a potato. I prefer grated hashbrowns.
