I agree with everything that Angela said. If you can't control them, they gotta go. I'm one of those people who had to kick them out of my life. My problem was cashews.

Peanuts are also high in molds so people who have candida can't eat them. Put another way, addictions to them can also indicate mold sensitivity on top of the others already mentioned.

As I've said before: "This is the peanut police! Put the peanuts down and come out with your hands up!".
