I'm constipation prone too, but I've been eating a lot of broccoli and other high fiber veggies. I'm not much for salad greens, so I usually stick to the "other veggies" on Atkins list. I also use psyllium and colate which acts as a stool softener. It took a few days, but I'm going at least once a day every morning. I'm in my 4th week of induction, but I make sure I eat at least 20g. of carbs a day. That's after I subtract the fiber count. I hope you feel better soon!
