I'd say sugar is first....sugar feeds bacteria. Maybe a lack of grains, too! Either way, it's great!

Interesting side observation: I've read that feeding a dog raw meat and NO grains etc. makes it so the dog has no bad breath and no bad body odors. I've seen it with my niece's dogs, who eat this way.
