This is done because of the caloric deficit when dropping a carb (Approx 9-10 grams)
Carb/gr = 4 calories (or 4.4 calories to be precise)
Pro /gr = 4 calories
Fat/gr = 9 calories
Alcohol/gm = 7 calories
