Try some tea with a few tablespoons of heavy cream. The fat should keep you satiated without further upsetting your stomach with solid food to digest. I also eat sugar free jello when I'm feeling a little queasy and it seems to help. Soft and mild foods are always best for nausea. Plain yogurt might be good too. Hope you feel better!
