Actually I get pretty sore....LOL But my best time of the day is mornings. This is when I do my 4 mile run. After work I try to get on the trail to do 4 miles, if not then I have to hit the treadmill. And at night I will either powerwalk, a class, weight training or run, depending on how I feel.
