I have only done one gym class per day for the last two days and was thinking of keeping it to only one class per day for the next two weeks.
However,.... I now have weird guilt about that. I also had gross food the last 4 days in a row.... NOTHING came out right. Also have been in the WORST. MOOD. EVER.
I think I still need to work on spacing out my mealtimes. Or something. Grrrrrrr!
Also.... the Spin I went to yesterday, is with the lady i HATE. And then when I left, I saw that I REALLY messed up.... because I missed the class with the BEST instructor out of the whole gym, in Body Pump.... and he's only in 2 hours out of the whole week. So.... GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!
