Hi Meesh!
Here is what I ate today:
Breakfast: shredded wheat, nitro tech bar (usual, but as I told you before, I had a crazy day and was running...) hot tea
Lunch: Peanut butter and jelly on homemade bread, milk
Snack: handful of peanuts
Dinner: Orange Roughy, tabouli (salad of parsley, bulghur and tomatoes)
I usually eat more veggies, and a few pieces of fruit each day.
Yesterday I ate:
Breakfast: two eggs, two whites, fried Hot tea
Lunch: raw baby carrots, one piece homemade bread with sliced turkey breast, and romaine lettuce
Snack: nectarine
dinner: roasted chicken, (lots) broccoli
Snack: two squares of Lindt 70% chocolate
