so i was wondering, is it possible forme to get to my goal by then? thats a little over a year. i know everyone is different but on average what do you guys think, could i lose about 80 pounds by then??? i want to be realistic when looking for a dress and things, i dont want to wait until last minute to shop for that i will have enough stress, thats why im planning all this a year ahead of time....so everyone let me know what you think please

Well, maybe. The only things that YOU can control are what goes into your mouth and that you follow your plan exactly. Unfortunately we are not in control of how our body responds. And losing weight is not always a straight line downward even if you stick absolutely to low carb foods and follow the plan to the letter.

Setting goals is a sure way to great frustration and stress. If you could aim towards half of that loss as a goal, I would think there is a fairly good chance of achieving it. There is one good thing about LCing: you may LOOK and BE smaller at a higher weight because LC helps you lose fat while preserving or even developing lean, sleek muscle tissue which is much smaller than the fluffy fat it replaces.

So determine how strictly you think you will stick with the plan and warn the dress maker that you will be trying to lose weight all year. They may have advice as to what style is best for adjusting. Many places need an order MONTHS ahead of the date to guarantee the delivery.

I hope you succeed beyond your wildest hopes and make a beautiful bride.
