Default lunches and snacks

Hi CaroleSP,
I hope you get this reply. Still not used to this way of communication.
You asked about easy lunches and snacks. I work at school so my lunch time is short and sometimes interrupted. This can be a blessing because then I don't have a lot of time to want more to eat.
My lunches, hoping they're 15 gms. or less:
*leftover chicken on a bed of salad greens, cukes, tomatoes with oil and vinegar dressing. 1/2 slice whole grain bread and butter.
*leftover beef roast made into a salad adding oil and vinegar and sliced onions to taste. Add this beef salad on top of salad greens, tomatoes, cukes, etc., 7or 8 grapes.
*ham and muenster cheese or cream cheese rollups. Raw baby carrots, celery. 1/2 slice whole grain bread and butter.1/2 cup fresh pineapple.
I make the lunch the night before. I add the dressing to the bottom of the tupperware or you can put the dressing in a separate container.
Some snacks 15 gms or less:
*celery sticks with almond butter on top. Limit a.butter to no more than 4 TBSP. If you want peanut butter, no more than 2 TBSP.
*23 almonds with 2 TBSP. raisins.
*Provolone cheese with no more than 23 almonds and !/2 small apple.

I hope this is some help to you. Let me know if you get this.
angela
