In addition to exercising (always important), there are 2 supplements which may help you some according to Dr. Atkins: L-carnitine & Coenzyme Q10. Both are available at a health food store & even some pharmacies. L-carnitine is usually 500mg before each meal (if eating 3 meals), & COQ10 is usually 100mg once per day with a meal. These aren't diet pills, but they aid the body in burning fat as fuel and are suggested for people with high metabolic resistance. Look in The New Diet Revolution for more details. Good luck.
