Default Day 13 of exercising, Day 10 of LC <30g carbs per day

Weight 248.2 lbs

Not jumping about and down about that yet, as it could be dehydration... AND the fact that I have seen that number about 10 times already in January AND February, before it jumps right back up to like 252 again the next day. So holding my horses for now.

But WILL aim to eat super duper clean today. If there's any chance I can get below this by tomorrow and start a LONG overdue downward losing streak... I would be so happy!

TODAY is the first day of my No Wine No Cigarettes March Challenge. I feel really scared!!

My plan for tonight at the gym is

60 min Spin
60 min Body Pump

Yesterday's gym was kind of a bust. The Body Pump class was like 40 min instead of an hour, if that. I got the weights kind of wrong so only felt a workout during the first 10 min. Then bellydance was a bust as well. I couldn't follow at all and guess I took my two left feet to the class last night. Also didn't break a sweat once.

It's kind of ok though. I considered yesterday to be my rest day.
