Today will also mark Day 1 of my personal March No Wine / No cigarettes Challenge!
As it's the last day of February, I thought I'd get a one day head start on this.
Weight is 250.2. TOM still here. I'm sad about the weight, because I actually don't even
feel bloated anymore. But it's been the same weight for like 6 days now, despite being 2lbs less prior to that, and my having been completely on plan the entire time.
The good news, gym-wise... is that after having gone for 11 consecutive days so far... it
is getting a little easier.
I am no longer doing anything in the gym area
at all for the time being. HATE those machines now!!!! Soooooo boring!!! NO WONDER I used to always stop going after the first week back... always!
Plan for today:
45 min Body Pump
60 min Bellydancing class
Then from tomorrow through till Saturday,... it will be Spin every single day
YIKES!
Oh... by the way; my bum is SORE today, from that class yesterday!!!!!!!! But like, not in that it-hurts-to-move kind of way... just in that way that actually feels really
good!!
