I FINALLY took off 40 lbs and my goal was to get my tongue pierced, I wanted it for a LONG time and also wanted a constant reminder that if I could take off 40 lbs I can do it again 2 and half more times to get to my goal
ICE is my friend right now...but everytime I look in the mirror I say to myself...you go girl! You did it!
