Yes, I know I don't have a journal, and it's funny you should say something about it. I was just thinking this morning as I was showering that it was time I get started on one, so maybe later when I have time to figure it out.

Anyway, I usually eat twice a day. Once between 10 and 2, depending on how hungry I am. The food really varies, but my favorite is cabbage soup. Filling and satisfying. Got that little tip from Zuleinka.

Dinner is my rm and I eat what I want. Last night was strips of steak cooked with broccoli, mushrooms, and sour cream over bulgur. This was preceded with a green salad w/ blue cheese and followed with a piece of Marie Callendar Kahlua Cream pie. I had diet soda to drink.

I have dessert every night, but this will be what I tweak if the losses stop. I'm not looking for a quick loss, but as long as I stay in the 1/2 - 2 pound range I will be ok.

I have been on CAD for 5 weeks and have lost 9 pounds total. Well within the range the Hellers promise. For me this is great.
