Sat 2/5 BFBM
2 days in a row. It was a wee bit easier. Less modifications and my feet weren't aching like last week. Ill continue to add it a couple times a week. Im still dedicated to working out 5-6 days a week. My body is changing and Im feeling good about my progress.
