Dee's rules for counting exercise:
1) Must be recorded with Heart Rate Montor worn. Any activity in which I did not wear the HRM does not count!
2) Duration must be > 20 minutes
BMR currently is 65 calories an hour.
c = calories consumed r - remaining calories (As reported by ipod ap.)


2/1 - c - 745 r - 786
2/2 - Shovel snow - burn of 340 calories c - 932 r - 799
2/3 - Shovel more snow - burn of 400 calories c - 598 r - 1334
2/4 - Square dancing with MAJOR asthma attack = 385 calories c - 944 r - 960
2/5 - OK, Shoveled my drive and back patio - 520 calorie burn + Square Dance - 430 calories burn c - 961 r - 1510
