Well I'm starting over again after eating everything and going off plan for the month of dec.The good thing that has come out of this is I don't like how I feel on all the carbage!!! I am bloated,blood sugar out of control,swollen feet,lethargic,full of gas,strong urine ,(not drinking my water) and could sleep around the clock with no energy!!!!This is my fresh start.
