Hi, thanks for your positive reply! note more info:
the short term goal for mid march (big ski trip) is to get to 167 pounds - the long term goal (ideal weight, had it once felt great and lost it) is 130 pounds, sadly this is 38 pounds away...(for someone 5F1" this is quite a lot.!
ps, sometimes at night i snack on nuts (cashews). yogurt and nuts in induction? a big no no?
