Prevention magazine says that coral calcium is the same as calcium carbonate. I believe it because I spent $33. on a bottle at a health store and after it was gone I bought a bottle of calcium/magnesim/zinc and feel no different. That bottle was $6.50. Prevention said to beware of modern snake oil salesmen. They also said to beware of any one who claims a product can cure cancer. Buyer Beware.
