I don't have time this morning for a long post but I did want to drop in and say hi.

This WOE has changed my life in so many ways in the last 12 months that it would take pages and pages to tell it all. In fact it has done just that and you can find them by clicking on my journal icon at the bottom of this post or by following the link to my web site.

In those locations you will find my story and lots of pictures and graphs and charts that I've created along the way to help me in my journey.

I look forward to getting to know more of you better. I already have met some of you and that has been an enjoyable experience for me. So I know the future will be a pleasure also.
