I like alot of you started Atkins at the first of the year, did well for first two weeks and then had an attack of cheating for the past 2 weeks and now here I sit all blah and fat still.

I;ve been reading this forum for a little while tonight and feel like I want to start CAD with you all. I have the lifetime book. I will read it again to refresh the old memory.

Any support or whatever will be greatly appreciated.
