Unhappy You shouldnt feel bad about your urge to bing

Many people here feel bad because they bing, or went a bit out of track.

Well i guess that people shouldnt, it takes a while to shake an habit, i admit behing a sugar addict, and a junk food eater.

I have done many diets too and have discovered that feeling guilty after eating sugar or fastfood.

Many reasons can lead you to get side tracked, like some of you said, like many i am doing this diet alone and have many temptations around me.

Its true that a night at the movies has an enourmous temptation too.

I might have a solution that i have been doing for a while now and it works.

This would be to let go at least once a week, but not to the point of overdoing it.

Ok let me explain here, Wednesday my girlfriend ordered pizza, i was in light ketosis, i said to myself what the heck ok, i got 3 pieces of pizza and some ice cream, but that was it, next morning i was in the pool and swam for 30 minutes. Took my fatburners and drank a lot of water and green tea.

I was able to get back into ketosis 24 hours later.

Getting on ketosis is easier each time.

No one should feel bad about getting off track its normal, but keep in mind that its not because you did it one night that you have to do it each night.

No weight gain will accure, your scale will show some gains but its only water and glycogen.

You would have to bing a lot to put on some fat.

After returning to the diet you will lose all the weight you might have gained.

Here was my bodyweight and week in review.

Monday i was 208 pounds

Tuesday 206 pounds

Wednesday after bing 210 pounds

Thuesday back to normal at 206 pounds

Friday today i was at 202 pounds.

So my week wasnt all wasted, ,and i manage to lose 6 pounds.

Good luck everybody
