Default Man--we're losers!

Well, one weeks on modified atkins plan and me and hubby are down!

Hubby is down five pounds and I'm down four and a half! And we've each lost a half inch on the waist! Not bad for a week! I know it will probably slow, but I'm happy with this.

Hubby also says I might be retaining water weight because I'm now lifting weights and my muscles are probably retaining water.
Whatever! I'm down plenty.

This has been great. No cravings anymore! We are breaking the carb addictions! We eat more vegetables than ever before!

Congrats to all the other losers out there! See, lo-carb turns the word "loser" into a good thing!
