I guess I'll keep track of my treadmill time here. Cross-posting from journal.

I've been gradually increasing the time spent on it and also increasing the speed.

10/17/10 Day 1 I walked (1.61mi) 33min and walked at 2.9mph.
10/18/10 Day 2 I walked (1mi) 20min (due to time constraints) and walked at 3.0mph.
10/22/10 Day 3 (2.13mi) I walked 43min and walked at 3.0mph, except for the last 5 minutes or so when I dropped it down to 2.7 to cool down.
10/23/10 Day 4 (2.29mi- today) I walked 44min. A few minutes of it was at 3.4mph, but I dropped it to 3.3 for a couple minutes, then held steady at 3.2mph for about 15min. The rest was either 3.0 or 3.1mph.
