Coffee isn't helping me either. Tried (whole) flax seed - nada. I used to eat a lot of dark breads which is where I got my fibre from.
I thought about the sticks - problem is, I have no idea what they're called in German (I've only seen sticks to measure for sugar, blood and protein) or even if they exist here
