Wink Green Tea and Other Stuff

I read up a lot on various supplements, using the sources Nat noted in an earlier thread (they were VERY helpful!). As a result, I am now taking Green Tea, Primrose Oil, Fish Oils and a couple of other things.

A question for those in the know: In general how long does it take for you to feel the effects of supplements?
