Hi,
I have a pancake recipe I make every morning.
1/4 Cup plain protein powder
1 egg
Enough water to make desired consistency
Mix with a wire wisk. Grease a pan with pam cooking spray, and cook till lightly brown on both sides. The consistency is alittle doughy, but I really like it. Slather with butter and Atkin's pancake syrup, and you have a 1 carb breakfast!
