I'm taking it in groups of 30 lbs. When I reach 240, I'm going to be happy because I lost 30 lbs. So instead of focusing on 120, I'm just focusing on 30. And when I lose the first 30, I'll get started on the second 30. 30 is a better number for me to focus on than 120 LOL. Otherwise, I'll just go crazy! Was once told to just try to lose 10% of my body weight at a time and when I do that recalculate. Nope. It's easier to look at in 4 30 lb intervals.
Plan on LCing for life, but it would be nice to lose a bit faster.
