I think restricting people to 20 carbs is mostly like training your body to shape up and eat less carbs.
But I myself just do 25carbs.... what does that mean?
well i eat 20 carbs for veggies + natural peanut butter
then it reports on fitday about 3-5 carbs for eggs cuz i eat alot of eggs hehe
I wouldn't worry too much about going over by 1g or 2... just be close to 20g as possible.
just remember low to no sugar...
only thing i eat that has very little sugar that im aware of is peanut butter...
Anyway Peace.... I'm a newbie only been on induction for 1.2 weeks and lost like 5lbs probably all water weight and stuff.
I was 160lbs in the morning now im around 155lbs now.
