Personally... I'd list:
eggs
cream cheese
salami
almonds (1 oz + 1 oz of cream cheese.. the bestest snack)
steak
veggies (broccoli and zucchini)
cheese (aged cheddar, swiss and gouda)
oh and splenda and tea
