Weighing In?
I am confused about weighing on scales. I read on here and elsewhere that your weight can vary up to 10 pounds at any given time. So what is the point of weighing? Doesn't that mean that you really never get an accurate measure? And if the scale says I lost 2 pounds then maybe it's just fluctuation? I'm completely lost about this.
