Patience dear girl, patience!

You've been exercising, building muscle. Don't look at that darned scale! They are notoriously inaccurate. Take your body measurements. Go to someone qualified to do calipers and get your body fat measured.

How are your clothes fitting? How do you feel? Don't be so concerned about losing as making this WOE something that you can live with. Your body will also go through periods when you don't lose. I really notice that winter is the hardest time for me.

The weight didn't come on overnight. For every pound I gain, it takes me 10 days to lose. And I can gain 5 pounds in one day!

You are doing great. Try posting your menus to see if there is anything that can be adjusted. I personally found that increasing fat helped me lose weight. I strive for 100 grams/day. Each person is different.
